Antonio Vecce graduated in Law in 2015 with full marks and honours, completing a thesis in criminal law. Immediately after graduating, he began representing clients in criminal cases before the courts and trained at Gallina Montana Law Firm, one of the most prestigious law firms in Sicily.
In 2018, he passed the Italian Bar examination and qualified as a lawyer.
In 2020, he obtained an international PhD in criminal law after conducting research at the University of Oxford and at the Max Planck Institute for the Study of Crime, Security and Law in Freiburg.
In 2022, he was selected by the European Bars Federation to participate in the International Contract Competition at the Bilbao Bar Association; in 2023, at the Portuguese Bar Association in Lisbon; and in 2025, at the Palermo Bar Association.
In 2022, he obtained the professional title of Specialist Lawyer in Criminal Law pursuant to Ministerial Decree No. 163/2020.
In 2023, he obtained recognition as a member of an Independent Evaluation Body (OIV) in the fields of anti-corruption and risk management.
- From 2017 to 2022, he served as Regional Commissioner of Corecom Sicilia, the regional authority responsible for telecommunications.
- From 2022 to 2023, he advised the Regional Department for Local Government and the Civil Service of the Sicilian Region.
- From 2023 to 2026, he advised the University Hospital Policlinico of Palermo.
- In 2024, he advised the Regional Department for Family and Social Policies of the Sicilian Region.
- From 2024 to 2025, he advised the Regional Department for the Economy of the Sicilian Region.
- Since 2026, he has advised IRFIS FinSicilia S.p.A.
He provides legal advice and represents various private companies and public authorities in court proceedings.
